We used Park & Go for our spring party recently and they were fantastic. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Dan and his team are the best of the best! 100% recommended.

Park and Go is the best valet service! We hired them for the reception at my house after my mother's memorial service because we had a lot of elderly attendees with mobility challenges. It was also very cold and snowy, so we didn't want people having to walk far from a parking space. Dan and his team were amazing. Not only did they do a great job parking everyone's cars and retrieving them, they even helped some of our mobility-challenged attendees up the front steps of our house! They were professional in every way and so helpful. Highly recommend them!

We own a business in the west end of Hartford and parking is scarce, so when we decided to host an event… we needed help! We were able to secure a parking lot across the street but didn’t want our guests schlepping to us in the gross New England winter weather. Hiring Park & Go USA completely elevated our event and made such an impression on our guests. Making all the arrangements was so easy and they were in communication with us anytime we had a question or concern. The staff showed up on time and dressed professionally. They set everything up outside without question or hesitation. They’re extremely professional and we will 100% be using them again!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

This may be one of the best, most professional services I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Dan responded to my inquiry instantly, met with me to see the layout, and came up with a perfect plan for the day of my event. His son, Gabriel, arrived on time with a crew of four others, who were all very professional and incredibly nice. I genuinely liked them all. I certainly appreciated Dan's immediate responses and attention to detail. Very reliable and good at what they do.

We called Dan when our valet for a big holiday party cancelled. He was very responsive and professional from the beginning. He checked out or property on the aerial view to make a plan and staffed accordingly. Jorge and Raphael were wonderful, organized and attentive to our guests. Our property stayed organized all night despite an open house style party with cars going in and out. The BEST. will work with them again.
