103\. Blacktop Service of New England

Last Summer I had New England Blacktop pave my driveway and over the winter time cracks developed. When I attempted to bring this to the attention of the person working the desk to see what could be done to fix them, she told me someone would reach out to me. I waited a week and I called back concerned because no one had actually contacted me. She was rude on the phone and told me again someone would be contacting me. No one responded to me. Not a phone call or an email and now when I called back I no one picks up the phone. These cracks appeared less than 8 months after they came and did my driveway. Im currently in the process of gathering quotes from other contractors so I can fix New England Blacktops work.

This is for running that stop sign in Glastonbury today. You accelerated so quickly that the truck blew black smoke, I believe you were trying to purposely crash into me. I'd have very little trust in these people after what I experienced.

Gary is wonderful, as is the team. They found a way to squeeze me in when they were already very busy, in order to get me into my new home. When others pushed me off and left me in a pickle, Gary was able to help. I’m so appreciative and would recommend them again and again.

I want to thank Gary and the team for doing a fabulous job on our driveway in Hebron. They were professional before and after the job, cleaned up everything better than any other driveway company I’ve worked with in the past. Their price was very competitive and better than the other quotes we had. Can’t say enough good things about them a month after they completed the job. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to give them my endorsement. If you’re looking for a team to treat your property like it was theirs, this is the team!! The last thing to share is while other driveway companies were to lazy to pull permits, so they didn’t pave over the apron at the bottom of the driveway, these guys did it right, had clearance from the electrical company okay to dig, and dug it up right to the road.
