12-Point Construction

Whoever said you can’t have something done fast cheap and good never called 12 point. The entire process was not only seamless but affordable and with no interruptions. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The roof was done in one day and the gutters another and it looks great.

12 Point Construction is amazing! I highly recommend! Our roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! I have been impressed throughout the whole process with their high level of professionalism and depth of expertise. The did a great job we loved. Mike answered all our questions very nicely and professional and excellent quality job. You have a great crew .Thank you so much. We recommend you any time.

Sealed the chimney better than the original contractor 10 years ago. His repair should last the life of the whole roof. Worked within my price range and got more due to his expertise! Will definitely use 12 point construction when we decide to get a metal roof!

I hired Daniel at 12 Point Construction to re-roof four roofs, including complete tear-offs and reshingling, with two requiring full OSB re-decking. The crew arrived early on the first day with 9+ roofers and completed 3 roofs. The next day, a crew of 4 finished the final roof in half a day. As someone with over 40 years of experience personally doing complete rehabs, including hands-on roofing work, I closely observed the entire process and can confirm the work was done correctly, efficiently, and with great attention to cleanliness. Process was easy... we agreed on a price, set a date, and the job was completed on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use 12 Point Construction again for any future roof project.

This roofing company did great work and everything was done in one day. I got a very good price and quality work. They were very responsive with each text I sent, and the crews were very hard working. A very good experience all the way around.
