17\. Crestwood Paving Co LLC

This guy is a hack. Not even a year after installed started getting serious cracks they refused to come and fix it. Now it is a complete mess. Only 1 in thick on a lot of the driveway. Should have taken him to court when it first started cracking my own fault live and learn. How he is still in business is beyond me

I gave Chris at Crestwood one star for showing up and taking half of the money down for work that was barely started and never completed. Chris was very unreliable, not showing up when he said he would, asking for a few hundred dollars at a time to pay for gas for his equipment (this after giving him $4,500 cash to start the job). Sadly, we lost quite a bit of money on a contractor that did come highly recommended. I very rarely post bad reviews, however, I would never want anyone else to go through this.

We got 2 quotes. Crestwood came back at about HALF our first quote(a highly referred guy in my particular area) Hard to find people who actually can fit you in where we are. Typically its a next year kind of thing. Superior attention to detail. Five visits to site. Prep through conclusion. Beautiful outcome/work. And what I expected to pay was significantly less than what Chris quoted. We also had two quotes from 2015 that they were looking at. Both forewarned it would be higher for obvious reasons. First guy came back at 10k more than what we had been quoted by separate company in 2015. And his quote was verbal. Chris (CRESTWOOD) came in 1k more. In writing. And its what I paid.

The Crestwood team is great and does fantastic work. Professional, efficient, kind, clear communicators, and detail oriented. Highly recommend using them. Plan to use again for future projects. And the place looks great, our son was flying down the smooth new driveway on his bike last night!

While it was my neighbor and not I who had Crestwood Paving Company work on a driveway, my family was still impacted positively by this company. After I went out to run errands, (and envy my neighbor's driveway work) I came home to a brand new, paved lower portion of my driveway where it met the road. It had been on our to do list for months to address the crumbling driveway that had holes and chunks of loose pavement. This company noticed that our driveway needed a little help and used leftover asphalt from the neighbor's job to smooth it out and make it BEAUTIFUL with new asphalt. It was a complete random act of kindness and so appreciated. THANK YOU!!
