35\. Atwater Louis C Paving

The old man driving your red dump truck today from Rte 77 onto Rte 80 is a real piece of work. Nearly causes an accident making an illegal turn and calls me an asshole and flips me off.. not a company I would hire if that’s how they treat the general public.

The workmanship was EXCELLENT, they came with 7 men and 7 pieces of equipment. The men were polite and friendly and even swept the street when they were done. Start to finish was about 4 hours, stripping leveling, 2 layers of gravel and pavement and cleanup. The next day John came by to check the work and see if we are happy. Needless to say we are HAPPY.

John and his crew did 8 driveways for my family and friends They start by addressing the drainage issues that you may have. They then spend a lot of time on the stone base for the pavement. They do get very busy so call a month or two before you need it. They are worth waiting for.

Company installed a driveway with a drainage system. They did an amazing job and were very easy to work with. We had some changes as the project moved along and they were happy to accommodate us. The job was completed on time and it was fairly priced. I would definitely us them again. Thanks Atwater!

Company overpromises and under delivers. Called in March to schedule my Driveway to be paved. Estimator came out and gave us a quote. Even know they were a little higher then others, they seemed nice enough and we decided to go with them. After that it all fell apart, they never called back and wouldn't lock down a date to do the job. Finally we had to call them and were told they were stuck on a commercial job and would get back to us within 2 weeks which they never did. We called back and again were told the exact same thing. It is impossible to get them on the phone and even to date they have not called us to schedule anything. We finally had enough of their run around and called another company who came out immediately and quoted us and matched the price and specs of Atwater even know their price was a bit higher. They have sent us the agreement and promised the driveway to be done by the end of June. Atwater seems that they only want commercial work but string residential customers along in case they don't have any commercial work and need work. If they didn't want to do residential work that would of been fine, but don't tell us that you do and then blow us off. What they didn't know is that we have a neighbor that needs a driveway done and that we have a big commercial property that we need paved that would of been given to them. This company is completely unprofessional and lacks communication skills. I would steer clear of this company. BUYER BEWARE. Don't believe any of their promises.
