360 Services of Virginia

360 Services of Virginia did an amazing job on our driveway. What's great, too, they're dedicated to fairly larger projects so they came in with crew and equipment to finish the job in less than two days! This included tearing up the apron twice, since after the first pose we noticed a water leak from the main water line. They came the morning after, tore up the apron again, fixed the leak and closed it up again. At no additional cost to us, even if the leak was none of their fault. Can't remember the last time we received such great customer service from anyone! About the driveway? Well, I had to call the owner a few days after to give him an ultimatum: either bring in a sign with his company's name or some business cards, or he'd have to sit outside of our house to tell ALL the neighbors who did the job LOL. Seriously, three weeks in and we STILL cannot leave the house without being asked who did such an amazing job and how it greatly complements the house and the neighborhood. 360 Services of Virginia were so careful in removing and replacing the driveway that we didn't even have to remove the edging on the flower beds next to the driveway. That was a nice touch, too. And, to top it off, the price they offered for the stamped, stained AND enlarged driveway was significantly lower than the quotes we received for a mere replacement of the same driveway, no enlargement, plain concrete. We have already decided to call them again for our walkway to the main door, and I've highly recommended them to all my neighbors asking for details. They are fast, clean, scrupulous and they stand behind their work. I've rarely been so pleased with a contracted job, I wish more contractors would take pride on their job like Johnny, the owner, does!

360 Services installed a new concrete driveway for us and did an awesome job!! They gave us a very fair price, showed up on time, and communicated with us every step of the way. 360 Services did a wonderful job with our new driveway and sidewalk. The owner was helpful, gave us some good design ideas and helped us through the permit process. The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. The project looks amazing. And, the price was the best of three quotes we received.

This company was referred to us by a friend. We had already gotten a quote from another business and was going to go with them. Johnnie came out and offered more and brought some ideas too. I loved his vision and price. We had most of our driveway pulled up and a new pad put down. He did a walk way from the new pad to the house and redid our old walkway from front door to sidewalk. The guys showed up a little before the time they were supposed to and they got right to work. Took a week to get everything set up and the other guy was saying sometime the next month! The quality is amazing and it looks fantastic. I've had severe neighbors stop by and get his number. Definitely recommend 360 Services and will be going to only them for any future needs! We had a 5 star experience with 360 Services! Johnny the owner arranged a dump truck visit for my son's 3rd birthday on very short notice after another plan fell through.
