5280 Parking Services

This company isn't affiliated with the parking lot nearby that issues ridiculous tickets for leaving a minute late. This is an honest company that happens to be nearby and that isn't their fault. I was ticketed by the lot nearby a few years ago and this is not the same company. Also you can ignore the tickets that the parking lot nearby issues - they have no recourse to make you pay their ticket, but if you park there again they can tow you. Otherwise there's nothing they can do. Repeat, this company is not responsible for the paid parking lot nearby. This company does good lot maintenance work like restriping lots.

My wife paid for parking in Arvada in a 5280 lot. Her time expired at 11:15am and she received a ticket ($85) that was time stamped 11:12am. This company increases your fine owed everyday not paid. Do not park in a 5280 lot. It’s a scam!

The communication is overall a joke. They ticket your car when you have a permit, then don’t respond for multiple days; every time your email them.( it basically seems like a automated response) So you continue getting tickets and emailing and playing this game until you move because they never stop doing it. If this is the parking company associated with your complex or where you live, choose somewhere new to move. Terrible service all around

We use 5280 at our property and have had a great experience. The process is simple, the team communicates well, and they check in with us monthly. Even though parking can occasionally be a challenge for residents, the system itself is streamlined and works really well for our community.

There is a good reason why this has a low rating. Probably the worst designed app I’ve ever used. Not intuitive at all. They make it hard on purpose so they can charge you parking tickets unlawfully. IF YOU ARE A PROPERTY MGT CO, do NOT do business with this company. Your tentants will complain non stop - they are not worth the headache! Avoid at all costs!
