79\. Quality Paving Co

They are anything but "Quality." Their work is poor and they are very slow to respond to complaints, if they respond at all. When they paved my driveway, they left rough, irregular surfaces, rusty water stains, poor drainage...and they took a chip out of my home's foundation! What's worse it took six months before they sent someone out to my house to address the problem. The 'fix' left a poor patch job. There are lots of reputable pavers out there. I would avoid these guys like the plague.

Just over a year these cracks started to appear. Contacted sales person Mike who set up a sealing company to come and repair. Didn't last long cracks are far worse and no response to phone call. Went with this company because Mike was from the neighborhood..should have gone with Bouton and Sons

We hired Quality Paving after they left a letter in our mailbox stating they were in the area for other jobs, and we could get a discount. Mike Thayer came to our house one Saturday morning and we chose then to move ahead with hiring Quality Paving. Overall, we are very happy with the finished product, as it is lightyears better than our old driveway. There were a few hiccups along the way, though, most notably our delayed start date. The start date on the contract came and went so I called after about a week, and it turned out they lost our contract. I had two copies, so when they came to dig out the old driveway I provided one to them. Although this put them a bit behind schedule, we were very happy with their work, and thought they were priced fairly.

Terrible experience. Workers left garbage and melted the siding on my house. The owner never repaired the damage even though he admitted to what his workers had did. I do not recommend them to anyone. Quality Paving?? Not at all!!!!

The date of acceptance for the paving of my driveway, 07/10/14. A $800.00 deposit was given that day to Mr. Michael Thayer, representing himself as the owner. On July 24th, a crew came to ready the driveway for paving. I paid $1200.00 that day. It is October 15th, 2014 and the work has not been completed. Several phone calls with no call back. I am filing a letter with the Consumer Protection Agency regarding the failure to complete the services rendered.
