Update: June 9th: So they just left the whole street unfinished with piles of loose rocks everywhere for a whole month. Now we have to be unconvinced yet again a month later. Why couldn't you have just finished the job a month ago??? Very inconsiderate and pick up your mess too. Sign says they are working on the street from May 11th to 13th so everyone has to find somewhere else to park then they don't even show up until the afternoon of May 12 it's now may 13th nobody's done any more work yet the street is all messed up full of loose asphalt pieces. It's a huge unconvince for everyone that lives on this street. Why aren't they here finishing this yet? They could be here now getting it done before it gets hot. Then in the afternoon they finally start working and everyone is blocked in their driveway and parking lot.

Very lazy. They gave us plenty of notice about removing vehicles n such off the road, they put signs up n everything stating tow away zones. Im not too sure what the point of the signs were if they weren’t going to tow the people that didn’t move their vehicles. Instead, they chip sealed around them. They even chip sealed around their own sign that had fallen flat. This is just pure laziness.They also gave us a specific time frame of when they would be working on the street, I waited despite the things I needed to do, and they finally go to my section of the road when they had maybe 30 min left and decided it was a good time to barricade the area to do 1 pass on the road before calling it a day.

This company needs to have better oversight on their employees and needs to start checking the quality of their finished products. All the fixes in my neighborhood have now created terrible road conditions all over the neighborhood. My sprinklers were encased in concrete with little to no regard on how this could cause damage later. The employees used my yard as a trashcan and break room. My outside spigot was used for the employees with no questions if it was ok. My wife asked if my yard would be fixed later after it was torn up with no prior warning that it would happen, instead of being assured it would be taken care of she got laughed at fir being upset that the yard was torn up. I would hope the city of Castle rock looks into this and uses a different company next time around.

Very disappointed in the job that they did. The flush seal is not what we have on our street. They sprayed all types of debris all over our cars and our driveways and into our own personal sidewalks with no cleanup deemed necessary by the crew. The road is extremely ugly with cracks not have not been flush sealed no matter which method that they are using does not look correct

They placed this metal no parking signs right next to an alley. No reflective material on back off sign. Too close to alley. As I turned right. The sign scratched my car badly. I will be asking them for the damages due to their negligent sign placement. If they refuse a law suit will be filed.
