I was very happy with my first purchase, not so much with my second. I was told if I bought 2 tons of moss rocks, they would be delivered and placed. (They work off tips) I was called once the delivery guy was outside, (I was at work) he said there was no way for him to place them in the backyard. I informed him that I had a dolly and I would be home shortly, he said he would call his supervisor and call me back. I never received a call back, I called him three times, no answer or call back. I called tbe store and the supervisor informed me that the delivery guy had no access to place the rocks where I needed them. Which I understood, but had he nor she had a solution, just basically left it to be my problem to figure out. Long story short, I come to a pallet of 3 ton rocks in my driveway that could have been stolen by anyone considering that they were just left unattended. A follow up call and explanation would have went a long way with me!

Went on 3/10/26 and was assisted by David. This gentleman was super helpful and informative. He took the time to walk the property and actually show me the stones and explain the difference in pricings per yard. David even provided me a retail price list, Customer Service is everything to me! I definitely will be enhancing my yard with products from A-1 this year.

Nice attentive workers. Conveniently located. Pricing is a bit high but it is in the city, not in a rural area where you would expect lower pricing. The is highly frequented, especially in the early hours by landscape workers. They had the material I needed, but I wish they had a larger variety of chooses. I will be back. (Four months later I returned). And I just got back from picking up some more stone for the yard project. Continue to use the same type of stone. Love it that they are within a mile of my house. Went back again for soil dirt.
