A-Able Outdoor Services LLC

The first thing that comes to mind is: “Is this a real company?” We understand what it must be like to run a small business. So trust us, we **excessively** delayed writing this one-star review to give the owners of A-Able Outdoor Services oodles of time to respond appropriately. Please continue reading for further details. We have called this company multiple times and no one ever answers the phone, EVER. The most recent times that our calls and/or voice mails went unanswered were a week ago and today. We contracted with and paid this company promptly and in full to repair and extend our stone front steps. However, since the UNSATISFACTORY work was "completed," we have not been able to get in contact with anyone. We have called. We have emailed. This job costed more than a house note and looks worse than my dad’s DIY tile and masonry work (no offense dad). The work FAILED within 6 mos. and we would like a resolution. Our home is otherwise stunning, but our steps (on the curb appeal side of our home at that) are a total embarrassment up close. We won’t need to write a very descriptive review because the “workmanship” speaks for itself. Unlike our other home improvement projects, our visitors NEVER ask us who did our front steps…EXCEPT to ask which company to AVOID. We write excellent reviews for excellent contractors but this, unfortunately, is not that. Please see attached photos and be forewarned about this company if you value your hard-earned money, responsiveness, professionalism, and durable high-quality workmanship for your outdoor projects.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From our very first conversation with the owner, Steve, through meeting both him and Bryan, we felt confident this job would be done to our standards. We hired their company to level our pavers, clean, seal, and fill with polymeric sand. We’ve had this type of work done before by another company and it was a total disaster — but this experience was the complete opposite. There truly is an art to applying polymeric sand and sealing pavers correctly, and this team absolutely delivered. We are thrilled with the outcome and found it well worth the investment to have the high-quality gloss sealer applied. It brought our pavers back to life and gave our backyard oasis a polished, finished look. Thank you to the entire team — it was a pleasure working with you, and we would highly recommend you to others!

The team did a great job restoring our patio pavers that were sinking, cracked and did not drain correctly. Some needed to be completely replaced. The team took exactly what the estimate said to complete the job. Did a great job of matching the brick color, texture and design of the existing patio. Good attention to detail. The patio looks like new. Great work.

I contracted with Steve to level, clean and seal my paver patio, and he was paid, but my patio is not level, to what the contract says it is supposed to be. I have given him multiple opportunities to make it right, but now he just ignores my texts and phone calls. I did give him one star because he did do some of it. Update on my review, Steve did come back and made the patio much more level than before, I appreciate him making it right

I recently hired A Able Outdoor Services to re-level, wash, and clean my paper patio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional and efficient. They carefully re-leveled the surface to ensure proper drainage, which was a concern I had for some time. The washing and cleaning process made my patio look brand new—it’s sparkling clean, and all the grime and stains are gone. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to improve the look and function of their outdoor space. Great work, great service. Thanks again for helping me save money by not replacing the entire patio.
