A1 Construction Services

I have used A-1 Construction Services on four construction projects to date and they have impressed me on all of them. The diversity of services that A-1 can provide with quality and the ability to meet the schedule is the reason for the repeat business. Their Project Management staff is very professional and quick to respond, their field staff cares about their work and is knowledgeable.

A1 and Zach Collier came very highly recommended by a neighbor and my experience has been top shelf. I will probably look for other projects for them in the next year. For this engagement, they did 2 small projects and 1 medium project. What was great is that nothing was delayed; there was no time that I thought my projects were not getting worked on or prepared for. It came together quickly, decisively and professionally, but with especially great communication. I have forwarded Zach’s contact information and one neighbor has already used them and the community manager plans to use them for the many projects that come up in the 700+ home community. It is great to find good and capable people ready to get things done.

A-1 Construction Services helped the firm I work for by delivering a turnkey solution for the civil portion of a new office / facility construction project. We engaged them initially for the early stages of site development, including excavation, grading, drainage, and aggregate/spoil removal thinking that we would then award the remainder of the work to another contractor. We were so pleased with their professionalism, and adherence to our schedule priorities, that we decided to let A-1 roll over into the next phase of the project where our new parking lots and surrounding civil infrastructure would be completed. They continued to deliver, as the civil portion of our overall project finished on time, including striping and signage. We did have other contractors present at times for scopes outside of A1's suite of services (commercial building contractors), and they maintained their professionalism throughout all interaction with us, and interfaces with the other contractors onsite. The individuals I interacted with from A-1 were transparent, honest, and prioritized honoring their commitments (even verbal commitments by the project manager in response to late and specific requests from my firm), as well as their contractual obligations. We are very pleased with A-1's performance on our project, and will use them again if/when the need arises.

Zach and the team helped me with a peculiar residential project (built in swimming pool vault). I image it was tedious for them but they approached it with the same care and attention to detail I would expect from a large commercial job. Zach was happy to accommodate charges and provide advice. When it came time for construction he made a very conscious effort to understand all the details and ensure I was comfortable. The crew were efficient, careful and polite. The final product looks great. The team at A1 will definitely be my first call should I ever need more work done. Thank you

I really like the consultative approach they take in the estimating process. John Cameron is very easy to work with and I trust his suggestions and opinions on the work we need done.
