The folks at A1 really came through for us last week. We had a sewer line collapse for our home. Called them on Saturday morning. They were on a job, but would come to us after. Even though that first job ran long, they arrived at 5pm and were finished a few hours later. They were tired, but made sure we had functional plumbing before a major snow storm on Sunday!

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with A-1! Sean and his team are true professionals!! We had a nightmare situation where the exterior sewer line broke and was leaking into the basement and would require a new sewer line installed into the city main. I already had a plumber looking at the issue when a good friend of mine recommended Sean from A-1 look at it. Best recommendation ever! Sean was on point from the moment he arrived to assess the situation. The expertise, quality, efficiency, and speed at which A-1 resolved the situation was extremely impressive. The house is on a 2 way main street in JC and A-1 coordinated everything with the city, police, everyone to get the job done. Sean explained what the job entailed, but I could not believe the amount of intensity and coordination this job requires. It was incredible to see, I took several pictures to document the whole process. When the city inspector came and I asked him if all the work looked good, his response was, “It’s all great. Sean and his team are the best in Jersey City.” Having seen Sean and his crew first hand I know that now. Sean loves what he does and takes great pride in his work. Got new water service done by them in one of my new construction projects. Sean was excellent since day 1, hands free process he handled all the paperwork with the city ,permits and traffic control. Showed up by 8 am with 4 trucks started digging, by 12 pm he had the new water line installed, passed inspection, by 3pm he repaired the road and sidewalk and cleaned all the dirt. Fast, efficient, clean and reliable. Definitely my go to excavation company for all my upcoming projects.
