AAA Stripe PRO

I started out impressed. Nick came out very quickly to give us an estimate and explain the process. Looking back now, I regret accepting their offer. The initial weight for them to finally come and do the job was not that big of a deal but it's now that's the problem. We have been reaching out to them since March 13th regarding several weeds popping up and creating large bulges throughout our driveways, since March 13th, I've received notice that they're coming to repair it. April 5th I reached out again asking why they hadn't responded since my March 13th initial notification. That's when the lies began, "I'll get out there this week to take a look". April 22nd, "we have you on the books for warranty work. I will be bringing the whole crew. We're going to be working over that way within the next couple of days". My favorite part, "i promise we will get this taken care of for you". May 7th, " We have you guys down for warranty work, I will be able to come by and look at what's going on today but we already have you down for warranty work". " I've got confirmation a crew will be there next week to start warranty work". May 23rd "I have turned your name in for warranty work.. so it is scheduled to be completed when I get to the office so I can see the exact date they have". Here we are June 2nd and still nothing. They haven't even come to look at it! I think it's time I reach out to the BBB.

This company is top notch!!! Great price and no surprise charges when finished. Workers did a great job!!!! Did everything they said they would and more!!

Called and they came out for a quote, said they could get us scheduled within the month. The month came and went, we called numerous times but it was nearly impossible to get through to anyone unless we called repeatedly. Each time we were able to speak to someone, they said it would be another two to three weeks. This was 5 months ago and we still haven’t had anyone come out or had any call backs. Would not recommend, terrible customer service.

I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company!!!! The worked very hard and did a PERFECT job on my uphill gravel driveway!!! They also offer a senior and military discount.

Had researched paving companies for (literally) months and chose AAA. In a matter of just over 3 hours, I had a beautiful new driveway. Responsive, professional, respectful, and friendly crew. Exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. Best price and top quality- even cleaned up the street after.
