ABC Parking Lot Maintenance

We've been working Randy for years and he continues to our go-to guy for all things paving. As a management team overseeing approx 10M sf of industrial property, having a reliable and responsive partner is critical and Randy delivers every time. He's is always accessible and always willing to coordinate with both us and our tenants to get job done. We truly value his professionalism.

I wanted to share our positive experience working with ABC. As a national general contractor, we consistently choose ABC for our commercial projects in Southern California because their team is top-notch. Consistently delivering on time and within budget. They are incredibly respectful of our hotel guests, even when performing extensive parking lot work in active environments. They consistently maintain a clean, debris-free site and appropriately manage pedestrian detours, ensuring both safety and a better guest experience. We recently completed a large ADA and Path of Travel Hotel Parking Project in Anaheim together, and we are about to begin another in Big Bear. It's reassuring to know that I only need to make one call for these crucial projects. 10/10 recommend.

I really enjoyed working with Kim from ABC! He was super communicative and made sure to explain everything clearly along the way. Because Kim was so communicative, I was able to keep our employees updated throughout the process. Our parking lot looks beautiful, and we are very happy with the results. We will recommend ABC!

ABC did an excellent job at our workplace. They promptly answered all questions and concerns before the work started. They showed up on time everyday for a week. The project went smoothly, and the slurry seal looks beautiful. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

ABC did a wonderful job on our community. Kim was very helpful and well organized. The team was prompt to address any questions or concern we had during the 5 day project covering over 500,000 sqft of road and parking lot. Definitely use them again in 5 years when we slurry seal needed.
