Contacted this company because of some minor water infiltration on a crawl space. Their site said a 30 minute time for the estimate and it took over an hour. I didn’t need to hear about the history of the company and the their lifetime warranty. The biggest problem was the $6800 estimate I received which I thought was high for a small problem. But it got worse when their sales rep called me and stated he made a mistake after talking with his project manager. Now the estimate was over $10,000. I declined and received two follow up calls apologizing for the confusion. This was a good follow up but I had already lost trust with this company. I called another basement repair company and they took time to listen to the problem and told me to add a specific kind of soil, plastic and 3/4 inch gravel around the problem area. Grade the area away from the home and see if that improved the problem. He even took the time to tell me where to get the soil and gravel. If the problem continued he said call back and they would check it out for me. I saved $10,000 that I might have spent on unneeded work. I do not recommend the Accurate Basement Repair Company!

I received three estimates for my basement repair, and Accurate Basement Repair was the most expensive. I chose them expecting strong service and communication to match the price. To be fair, the installation crew did good work. One of the two repair areas was completed, and I would rate that portion 4 out of 5 stars. They were professional, and I understood and respected their decision not to work around my radon mitigation system. Unfortunately, everything after the crew left has been extremely disappointing—and this falls entirely on the office staff. Work was performed 02/20/2026–02/24/2026 (two separate visits) One portion of the job remains incomplete The radon system has since been disconnected and is ready for them to return Nearly a month later, I still have no corrected final invoice Multiple calls have gone unanswered I have clearly stated I am ready to move forward and pay the adjusted balance In addition, customers should be aware that if a deep sink, washer, or gas dryer is disconnected during the job, you are expected to reconnect everything yourself. At this point, the issue is not workmanship—it is a lack of communication and follow-through from the office, which is unacceptable for a company at this price point. I am still waiting for the office to: 1. Provide a corrected invoice 2. Schedule completion of the remaining work I would prefer to resolve this directly, but the continued lack of response has led me to leave this review.

We needed complete draintile replacement throughout the perimeter of our basement—a huge job. Dion was an outstanding foreman! He was very patient with us and our many questions. He kept us updated throughout the whole process. Four days of backbreaking work for him and his crew, and he always had a smile. They prepped the worksite well beforehand and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Accurate and would suggest requesting Dion.

We had water getting in our basement due to the foundation. Brian L. from this Company was absolutely fantastic. He was in constant communication with us and explained in great deal what Accurate could do for us to stop water from getting in the basement. Very fair quote. Followed through with all concerns and questions we had. The crew was awesome! They keept us informed on each step. They had one crew in the basement and one crew outside. They worked wonderful together. Very professional. They were also very clean, and to our surprise, they got the job done in 1 day! Definitely recommend this company for any foundation issues!!

I do not recommend Accurate Basement Repair and would avoid working with them if you can. They installed a sump pump/drain tile and put up some support beams. Here are some of the issues we had with our experience: - A beam was put in front of one of our basement windows when it could’ve been spaced differently and put next to the window. Another beam was welded to stick out and go around duct work which could’ve been moved. I wish they had told us they were going to do it this way or discussed options with us so that we could have figured out a different solution. It will be much harder for us to refinish our basement nicely around those two beams. - They had to take out the bottom three steps to install the drain tile. When they came to rebuild those steps, the bottom piece wasn’t reattached and the treads were not secured properly causing them to drop down about an inch when you walk on them. It took over a month of reaching out to them about this issue before they came back to take a look. They ended up putting in a couple shims that fell out shortly after they left, and didn’t actually fix the issue so the stairs are still unstable as you can see in the picture. After reaching out to them again several times without a response on this issue, and after 5 months of living with the stairs this way, we were finally told they will not be coming back to fix it and we will have to do it ourselves (we were planning to already at this point because we don’t trust them to do it right). We have to walk down these stairs regularly to do laundry, and my wife has to carry our baby and/or toddler with her, so it is even more unacceptable for it to be left as such a hazard. - When coming to rebuild the steps, they had to reschedule, told us the new time morning of, then threatened to a $150 repeat trip charge when he was waiting 20 minutes because they didn’t notify my wife he was here, which they said they would. She let him in right away once they notified her he was the
