These guys use subcontractors for cleaning and preparing our parking lot and striping. The gentleman that prepared the lot decided to show up during working hours with a large gas powered fan, where he blew rocks and debris on all the parked cars. He did not use compressed air as stated in the contract, nor did he scrub or remove oil or dirt from all areas in the parking lot. They left large cracks and holes an alligator areas which should’ve been attending to. The black top was painted on top of these imperfections and is already gone in some areas. We had an issue with pooling water, so in the contract they were supposed to lay down new blacktop to help with the pounding issues. These asphalt patches should have been done before the blacktop was painted and the striping was laid down. Instead, they came back after the striping was done, which also is crooked. They patched over the stripes covering five parking spots. Even though this was their oversight, and they clearly dropped the ball they did not feel it necessary to come back and re-stripe where they are covered the parking spots. I called the company and told the receptionist I would like somebody in charge to come and walk the parking lot with me. I told her if the person that comes out to look at the work that’s been done can look me in the eye and say they deserve payment I would hand him a check. Nobody ever came out to talk to me instead, I was contacted by their lawyer, who informed me they were going to lien our business. I could go on, but I think I’ve made my point you should probably use another company. In response to ACI’s response the work was indeed part of the original contract. If you would like I could post it online to prove I am correct. It clearly states on page 1, that new asphalt would be laid down to help with ponding issues. ACI came back after the striping was painted and paved over the lines across 5 parking spots.

Non responsive to complaints and damage including gutters soffit and facia. Ran over BBQ grill and took several months to resolve that. The asphalt has a couple puddles including one that freezes causing a fall hazard. The concrete is poor quality stamped and finished, double stamped in some areas poured in rain and washed out. They didn't clean up the mess and haul away for several months. We spent about 20k but evidently the only way to get satisfaction is legal action. Overall I wouldn't hire them to build a sandbox. Very disappointing, they seemed like good people.
