It is truly a shame that this is the sort of company that the city of Norfolk contracts for their concrete repairs. Just because someone puts in the lowest bid does not mean that they are the correct choice to represent an entire city. This company replaced the apron on my driveway after the city of Norfolk performed a plumbing repair to the city sewer. After leaving large divots in my yard and the concrete itself cracking in less than a year‘s time I called because there was an issue. Spoke to one of their supervisors who said she would have someone come by and take a look at it. The owner of the company showed up and acknowledged that there was a problem and said he would have his people come over and take care of it. Fast-forward a year later and nothing has been done. I called to check the status of the situation. The owner called me back and proceeded to curse at me over the phone swearing that his people had come by and completed The repair when obviously no one has. I guess this is what happens when you work for the city and don’t have to stand behind the quality of your companies work. I would avoid this company at all costs. As I said earlier just because they offer the lowest price doesn’t mean they are your best option. Be warned.

Hires subcontractors who hits cars and tell people to get out of their car to fight them. When you call he just tells you it’s his sub thats fine the police report is coming. Also called OHSA because you have no signs, no proper PPE, no vest, while trying to direct traffic.

We at Freed Veterinary Hospital are over the moon about our brand-new parking lot! 🚗🐾 The crew was paws-itively amazing — polite, professional, and always on time. They worked hard, cleaned up so well you’d think they had a team of golden retrievers fetching every last crumb, and left everything looking spotless. The whole project went off without a single ruff patch, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this awesome team!

The city has this company patch a pothole on my street every few months. It’s never packed tight and always crumbles when the temperature changes so they have to come back every 6 months or so just to do it over again. Do it right the first time or find a profession you’re better suited for!

Our private road in Chics beach, Virginia Beach was in serious disrepair. I called 5 paving companies to quote the private road (about 300 ft long). Action Paving was by far the most responsive, professional and economical paving company that came out. Greg did everything he said he was going to do, he even over-delivered. Our entire street (20 home owners) are extremely happy with the work, how quickly, professionally and accurately is was done. It would be impossible to say anything negative about my experience. They were awesome. Thanks!
