Action Pumping Inc

Shiloh in the office was excellent and scheduled me a same day appointment. Charles and Sam arrived on time at noon. They pointed out I had 2 septic tanks on the property and got them both pumped out (I thought I only had one tank). They saved me a lot of time, trouble and money by figuring that out! Really smart, awesome and hardworking guys. Very reasonably priced. I won’t use anyone else for my pumping needs in 29 palms!

The crew who completed the work on the sewer lateral connection and removal of our old septic tank were on time with each scheduled phase of the job, they were courteous to us and left the area looking even nicer than it did before they arrived. Thank you for the exemplary work!

Shilo from the office was extremely helpful walking me through the process including sending me a diagram of the tank location. She was quick to answer emails and phone calls and always with a friendly demeanor. The work crew showed up on time and both Orin and Kyle provided above and beyond great customer service. Orin took the time to explain and clarify a few questions I had about the tank's condition and is the perfect customer representative. Good quality employees are scarce these days and I hope they all are well compensated. Absolutely 100% professionalism from the office staff and from the work crew. THANKS AGAIN ACTION PUMPING.

This is absolutely a great company. Used them to pump out a septic tank for a removal job that we have. The y came out at the time they said they would. There was no up-sale or trying to get more money from the job like most companies would do. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great pricing. Shiloh in the front office was kind and very well informed on the situation and Mark Ortiz was awesome as well. Definitely will use them for all of my Companies septic tank issues/pumping.

We had a scope and pump and Action Pumping did a great job. The office staff were flexible and professional in getting us scheduled. Jerry communicated well and did a very efficient job and answered all our questions. So nice to use a terrific local company!
