Old existing asphalt driveway was dug up and repaved …..after three years I am having problems that Marty will not address….he won’t reply to my emails or phone calls. I have given him a C grade overall after three years post-job. There are things he did right initially but now things are showing up as problems already like ponding, cracking , etc. even after following all the protocols as a homeowner such as having him come back and seal the driveway exactly one year after it was paved ….and perhaps the sealant wasn’t applied as thickly as it should have been either ? ….. I think I may have picked the wrong contractor here even after much careful initial research on my part…..my driveway should not be having problems like huge cracks developing in the sloped edges of the driveway. I can’t say that his work was a total failure but after three years of life, my driveway should not be having these kinds of issues like pieces of gravel seemingly migrating upwards up through the binder and becoming loose pieces of gravel here and there creating small craters….I’m going to have to find another paving contractor to fix these problems before they become worse.

Marty and his team did an excellent job on my new driveway in Limerick, Maine. His team laid down the base over my existing dirt driveway then came back 3 weeks later after it settled to lay down the asphalt for a new driveway. His recommendations for cobblestone borders along with stones on the foundation bed around the house really gives the property a touch of class and some curb appeal. Marty and his team did a great job. Excellent work.

We recently had our driveway paved, new paver steps installed and dirt brought in to regrow some grass. The entire crew were OUTSTANDING. They work as a team and the owner, Marty, is in the store!!!!! He has an incredible crew that work together so well. We could actually hear them working and laughing and they all meshed. We highly recommend them. Great and professional crew.

I had a massive tree taken down in the downtown area of Sanford along with a driveway extension. The tree was a massive project and they did an absolutely phenomenal job taking it down. Free estimate and very affordable. Marty has a great crew of guys that worked their tails off for two days to get the 50+ foot high and 16 foot around 100+ year old tree down and keep danger away from it falling on my or my neighbors houses. The equipment he brings out is impressive. From 2 bobcats to remove the huge pieces of the trunk, to the rigging system his riggers used to get the big limbs safely to the ground in an extremely tight area. The driveway extension was done after the tree work and they worked very fast and accurately to get the job done right. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with everything, the price point was spot on, and best value for the equipment he uses. I can't thank them enough and hope to keep in touch with them in the future for landscaping work.
