Advanced Construction Tile & Landscape LLC

Horrible customer service. Provided a quote and a couple of days into the project started making excuses saying there was a lot they couldn't see when they looked at the job and the cost was going to go up. Multipe price increases after they were into the job so that you couldn't back out. They threatened multiple times for violation of contract. Ended up significantly higher than anticipated. Hit my garage, shop, fences, and trees with the skid steer. Damaged one of my fence to the point it had to be removed then hit the neighbors fence that was behind my fence. They record your private conversations and then try to use it against you(a conversation between myself and my husband). Terrible experience. They will try and turn this comment around and say it isn't true! After I posted this review exactly what I said would happen did. I didnt go into full details, but will if anyone wants further info. They try and turn everything around on the customer and refuse to accept responsibility for anything. Everything was visable if they would have looked at my yard. If you want a nightmare use this company.....

They did a fantastic job creating an RV parking spot for me and clearing out a huge area of useless land next to my garage. The quality of work was amazing, and the complements I have gotten from neighbors and passerbys are wonderful to hear.

I called as a last minute "plan b" due to unforseen circumstances and David and crew were able to come the same day to remove residential hedge roots from a front yard and steel fencing posts in record time. Pricing was fair and service amazing! Sarah was awesome at coordinating the request and follow thru call. I can't say enough positive things about this company! They will be back hopefully to install the new fence, as well as other indoor renovation projects in the months ahead.

haven such a patient an hard working crew really helps to get things done this is a great company to work for an great job we did total demolition on the old unlevel plan tile floor as customer turned his down stairs mess into some what of a art piece what a beautiful job my boss David guided perfectly an i learned a bunch about working together every person on a crew brings something to the table your plates full great crew great team

I can not say enough about this crew. They were the hardest working and most professional company I have ever hired to do work at my home. Not only did they honor a bid that was underbid by accident, but they did not skimp on anything. They did exactly what was asked of them and the job was finished in record time despite one employee not showing up. They did what they had to do and I much respect this business and will sing their praises forever!!!
