Advanced Pavement and Property

I was very pleased with the job the guys did. They were very nice and explained everything about the process from hearing the asphalt to explaining how they create the rise to correct the sinking of the driveway into the garage.

Got recommendation for this vendor from a condo association who had used them for years. Good communication from scheduler, clear explanation of process, bid was received quickly. Crew showed up on time (they were early!) on the scheduled day. Great job on application of sealcoat, and the guys were polite and easy to work with. Would use them again, for sure!

My sidewalk steps were sinking and had some issues with my driveway. Quick estimate and repair for a reasonable price. Good quality work. Highly recommend!

We did a sidewalk lift/leveling for our home. Was very pleased with the non-pressure quoting on multiple options. The team that arrived to perform the work were not only very skilled, they were so NICE! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for sidewalk work whether lifting or replacing!

They do what they say they’re going to do, they do excellent work, and they are reasonably priced! Would def recommend! I missed getting a full before photo, but had sunken and cracked walk, a gap to the garage, and numerous deep cracks filled with grass and weeds. They nipped, they tucked, they lifted, they made it look fresh again! Thank you!
