Affordable Asphalt Maintenance did our church parking lot top coat last year. Nathan is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with and was a pleasure doing business with him. We called him in the late summer and he recommended to wait till next spring to guarantee a good job. As soon as good weather arrived, he stepped in and did a phenomenal job. He always answered the phone and kept us informed of what's going on. Worked around our church schedule to not be in our way. Affordable Asphalt did a excellent job on our driveway, and at an affordable price. They do sealcoating right, one of the very few that do two oats as recommended. I highly recommend, and will be using them on my next sealcoating.
