This business (MaryCo) is a joke. Just another business that doesn’t stand behind their product. If I could have given them no stars I would have. We did the chip and seal on our driveway last summer. They initially had to come back out because they layered too much rock on top. Once that was fixed the potholes came, and within a week of the job being done. Martin did say they would fix it when he had equipment out this way. Well summer and fall came and went without it being fixed even though they were in North Topeka often (close proximity) . Does “close proximity” mean my neighbors across the street or something….. We called again this March and got the same story except this time he was using words like “unwarranted work”. I take partial blame because I should have looked at their reviews before hiring them. They have similar complaints on Facebook, Yelp, Google etc. I mean just look below our complaint here. The next 3 or 4 complaints are similar to ours. This is obviously a company that hides behind the “fine print” and do not stand behind their products. We will unfortunately have a more reputable company repair our driveway but not before we leave the facts of our previous purchase with the BBB and the States Attorney General.

Used them to chip seal our HOA road. It has been 3 months now and the road is completely falling apart to the point that now one of our roads is completely dirt. Attached photos were taken 2 months after completion, road is much worse now. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We had them put asphalt millings on our driveway. In the process, the crew hit our retaining wall, destroying a section. Luckily we have security cameras that recorded it. The crew knew what they did but said nothing. The owner (I forget his name) came out and pretended to work on the wall. After realizing that he was not talented enough to repair the wall, he just disappeared. Avoid this company like the plague.
