Alamo Concrete Products Plant 70

Absolutely terrible experience. The concrete was not mixed properly at all it came out hard, rocky, and already breaking apart. When we brought the issue to their attention, they refused to help or provide a new batch. Completely unacceptable. Do NOT use this company. The quality is awful, and the customer service is even worse. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your concrete needs.

It’s like these arrogant people think they’re too good to provide their services to you. Paying customers shouldn’t have to feel like we’re asking for a favor.

Worst customer service ever. If there was zero stars I would give it. During my cement service the worker forgot to put the lift on park and put a hole on my $500 pool. He got with his supervisor and they promised they would fix it. Now they refuse.
