All County Construction

All County Construction does not honor their commitments. They are just terrible. I received a quote from All County Construction to resurface my driveway on April 24, 2025. Then I returned the signed proposal to All County Construction on May 9, 2025. Since that time, they have been telling me "soon", "next week", "we are doing one in your neighborhood next month and we will do yours at that time", and on and on. Now it is the middle of August 2025, and they will not even return my phone calls. I have been extremely polite and respectful when communicating with them. This is no way to treat someone.

Ron from All County came out and gave us a quote to extend our driveway. We specifically discussed ensuring there was continuity between the old and new driveway and he assured me the binder top would be on the entire driveway. Today they installed the asphalt and it’s the most unprofessional experience of my life. Chance the VP was on site and when I asked when they would be finished he said they wouldn’t and that they followed the contract, this was untrue. Chance even said and I quote “I questioned why anyone would do that.” Yet your organization proceeded. I was home, no attempt to discuss any concern was made. I’d like to add I am not a driveway expert when my fiancé and I called Ron, together, I specifically asked that the “binder” meant the whole driveway. He reassured me several times. Chance also points to the driveway drawing, which you can see from the quote attached this is not visible. The other employees on site acknowledged the same it made no sense. They are refusing to even discuss rectifying. Ron even acknowledging yesterday on the phone that he said this would happen but All County won’t do it. The driveway is a complete hack job. In the contract they point to it says they will saw cut the driveway, which they did not. You can see in the photos the disaster along the way. There’s no straight line anywhere to be seen except where my fiancé fixed it and sent it to them! Their refusal to address the situation forces me to social media. Unbelievable for $8,750! They are unresponsive to any contact attempts including email, text and voicemail.

Absolute horrible communication from All County Construction. Submitted approval for driveway and sidewalk work in june of 2017. Said they were scheduling 5 weeks out. Nearing the end of August and still not done. Always had to call them to find out what was going on, not once did I ever receive a call from them about delays. Finally moved on after 10 weeks and rejected their proposal. Seems like they only care about the smaller work when they have nothing else to do. Over time I felt more uncomfortable about letting a company do work when they are so unreliable on keeping their customers up to date. It is especially bad since the person in charge of my work was a relative of the owner of the company. I would expect more from someone like that than someone else that was not related.

We had our driveway completed for our new build home at the end of April. From start to finish, All County was professional, efficient, and great to work with. Will definitely use them in the future, and have already referred them to people in our neighborhood. Great job!
