All Types Paving and Masonry

Left personal trash and construction material that took us $300 to remove from our property. They said they are going to come pick it up next day; it has been 2 months now. Overpriced, below quality work, mostly rely on "limited-time offer only", "we were doing some work closeby so you are getting a big discount today", "pay only if you like the work in the end", "life time warranty on the work", sales tactics. I should have been concerned when Ed said Cash only. No legitimate contractor asks for cash only. Don't make my mistake.

We had a bad experience. We had Ed and his team to our house in August 7 and 8th 2025, and paid them $25,000 to build us a new patio and do drainage work above the patio, both of which they were confident they could do. The reason we hired them to do this was because the original patio was graded towards the house instead of away from it, and water from the patio was causing interior water problems. Ed and his team assured us that the patio would drain away from the house, even saying they would use laser leveling to be sure. As you can see from the attached videos, it very much does not. In fact now the rainwater is pooling even more next to the house than before we started. The separate hillside drainage project they did was to redirect rainwater coming down the hill from our neighbor's house away from our house and into the black PVC pipe pictured. The photo says it all- no water is even entering the box drain top they used and the hillside river is worse than before. Lastly, they left bags of concrete, huge bags of trash, multiple tools and pallets in our driveway. They said they would come back for these but didn't. It caused a secondary raccoon problem for us for several days as the trash had the work crew's food waste inside and the bags were too big to fit in a regular trash can. I have emailed, texted multiple times (see photo), and called 7 times and left 5 voicemails to try and arrange some resolution for these projects. I have had no response. I even drove to their address on their website in Tarrytown to speak with them, and was informed they no longer have an office there. I am not sure if they have skipped town or are just are avoiding me so they don't need to fix the problem.

Ed and his crew did a great job on our driveway. They were very professional and took care when digging around our stone wall. We are very happy with the results. We would recommend All Types Paving and Masonry.

Thank You, Ed! Just wanted to give a big thank you to Ed for the fantastic job on our new driveway, extension, and the paver walkway along the side of the house. The quality of the work is outstanding, and everything looks absolutely amazing now. We truly appreciate your attention to detail and professionalism throughout the project. The transformation has exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend Ed for anyone looking to enhance their home’s curb appeal!

Ed and his crew did a fantastic job installing a complete new driveway and walkway. We are very happy with their work and so are my neighbors since they then went and did three more driveways on the same block. Ed also went over and above for us and did extra work on my property at no additional cost. Even picked up supplies for us that had nothing to do with the job. Finally and very importantly—he always and quickly responded to my calls and texts. I highly recommend this company for your driveway and paving needs.
