Lost Confidence After Repeated Delays I paid a 50% deposit in early April for the installation of an exterior sump pump system. Unfortunately, after nearly two months of delays, repeated rescheduling, and inconsistent communication, the project was never completed. The work was originally scheduled for April 23 and then moved multiple times. I repeatedly notified the contractor in advance when utility lines still had not yet been marked, something he said he would handle, yet scheduling issues continued. I was assured more than once that work would resume promptly once the lines were marked, but those commitments were not honored. When work finally began, I had concerns about both the professionalism of the interactions and aspects of the installation itself. The project was stopped before completion and additional delays followed. Near the end of May, I was told I could either wait longer or find another contractor. I chose to hire someone else who removed the unfinished project and completed a new one in a week! I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but I contacted the owner of the contracting company three separate times to discuss my concerns and never received a response, so I have no other way to have my concerns heard. My experience with Nature's Own Landscaping and Alliance Contracting was marked by poor communication, repeated delays, broken commitments, and a lack of customer service. Based on that experience, I would highly encourage anyone who is considering doing business with these companies to reconsider.

Recently had basement waterproofing system and new sump pump install done. The entire process was smooth and informative. Scheduled a free estimate and had the owner out within a few days. At that time the entire process was explained, including cleanup, what to expect before/during/after, price range. A plus is they were right on schedule from the start. I was amazed how well they took care of my belongings/property both indoor and outdoor! It was much cleaner than I anticipated, but they took extra care to cover my things tightly so the dust stayed out. 10/10 Recommend this company and will utilize for future work.

The estimates are not free as advertised on the website. There is a $250 fee that is charged due to a high volume of requests for basement repair estimates where the assessment is primarily used for buyer/seller negotiations. Edit to follow up since I received a complaint email response from Dan: Stop assuming that people are utilizing estimates for negotiation without asking them what they need an estimate for. In my case, I needed the estimate provided to me via email on a letterhead which I was told was going to be $250. The $250 estimate fee charge for a written estimate was not on the website when I inquired for a basement water proofing quote. Said estimate needed to be turned in to my Bank of America escrow account in order for them to green light the funds to be withdrawn and to pay Alliance for the work. No additional details were asked of me however after posting the initial review, I received an email upset at my review when what I stated is a FACT! If you want an estimate on a letterhead for any purpose they charge a $250 fee. They will also send you an email especially saying that you have no right to speak about your experience with the company because you "aren't a client". In my experience, asking for a professional opinion, an estimate, and an estimate to turn into your bank to get said company paid is an attempt to be a client. Alliance disagrees in the matter. Many assumptions were made by Alliance which is funny because when I showed up to the office, during office hours and there was no one present with the doors locked and no "be right back" sign, I didn't assume the situation was a red flag. I gave them grace and thought better of them as they came recommend by my roofing company.

Troy did a fantastic job on our bathroom floor. He ripped up the old linoleum and replaced it with new hexagonal tiles. The new floor is beautiful. The skim coated walls are perfect and he matched the new paint to the rest of the house.

Greg and Troy were so friendly! They were great with our dog, who has a hard time with strangers. They turned our dated, nasty brown kitchen into a beautiful, modern, functional space that I love coming home to! Every time I walk in, it makes me smile.
