ALVES CONSTRUCTION LLC

The Alves team was wonderful to work with. We had them install brick and stone on our front porch steps and walkway, and we're very happy with the results. Miguel was very helpful in choosing the right materials after I showed him some photos of what I was looking for. The crew arrived early, worked incredibly hard, and really took the time to make sure everything was done well. I felt like they worked on my project with the same care they would if it were their own home. I won't hesitate to use them again for future hardscape projects.

Leaving a 1 star review because I can't go lower. Couple years ago I had them do my patio, front walkway, retaining wall and concrete drive way. The amount of trash work that they performed here, I hope nobody ever uses them again. Couple years later, we literally are talking about redoing everything because it has all failed or falling apart. Sagging steps, driveway entrance falling apart, cracks in the concrete, which started literally 1 week after completion. Shuster concrete confirmed that they added several gallons of water to the concrete mix that was delivered. Alves didn't even do the concrete, they used his "uncle" and a company name that doesn't exist. Beware of this company. They are good at social media and weeding out bad reviews but the work is trash! My wife is the only reason I stopped fighting them or taking them to court. Stay away from Alves construction!!!

Miguel and his team were fantastic. We had a nicolock paver patio added to our backyard and it has absolutely transformed our space. We got quotes from multiple companies and would heartily recommend Alves Construction!

The brick stairs leading to our home were crumbling due to loose bricks, deteriorating mortar joints, and cracks. Miguel gave us a realistic quote and then sent a straightforward contract very quickly. His crew came (as scheduled) and did an excellent, professional job. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

I’d been considering having this work done for several years before I finally engaged Miguel at Alves Construction LLC. His rate was fair considering the work that needed to be done and he has the equipment, expertise and man power to do a job that exceeded my expectations!! His crew was easy to get along with and quite frankly, worked their butts off! I’ll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves
