American Highway

I was just there yesterday to deliver 9 huge rolls of wire that I picked up in Kingman, AZ the day before. Arrived, parked in the back, unstrapped, ran into Él Jefe on my way to the restroom and he asked me if I was already being helped, I told him not yet, he got on the radio, then he told me, "They're already unloading you, by the time you walk back out, you'll be good to go." He wasn't kidding either, I walked out after using the urinal and I "WAS" good to go. I've loaded and unloaded here many times and their efficiency is above par. On another note, my next load was canceled and true to his word on the very first time we met... (I must be the only one who doesn't know the Jefe's name) I asked him if he had any loads needing to be delivered and he asked if I wanted to go to Washington lol These people are top notch and I (owner MDZA EXPRESS LLC) look forward to continue doing business with American Highway till I retire. Jefe, thank you for the offer. If it wouldn't have been 4th of July weekend, I would've jumped on it.

This place is hit n miss. Sometimes they get you in and out and sometimes they take awhile to unload. This was one of those times. I needed to reload and be back on the road but didn't happen. Arrived at 7am left at 11:30am. And yes no detention.

American Highway is awesome to work with. They are fast and reliable. Frank is amazing to work with.

Delivery fyi, Fast loading trucks but extremely slow at unloading them. I waited over 3 hours to get unloaded, had one truck in-front of me in the bay getting unloaded when I arrived…. Still took 3.5 hours to get unloaded. They also do not pay detention. Fyi for truckers. They cost me my next load by making me late to the appointment.

Great customer service from John, I think in shipping to Turtle the forklift operator, loaded and out in an hour.
