I used this company last summer and did not receive the service I paid for. The technician did not honestly report to them that he just applied one coat, and he no longer worked for them when I complained. I understood that there was confusion regarding his arrival ( I was not here when he arrived and had not paid in advance, so he left without doing anything and reported that as initial treatment.) The company chose to believe his records and charged me for the full service. Now I have all of the cracks back and will be looking for another company to treat them.

The crew members listened to what I was asking and laid down a real nice base and finish. There are no unwanted puddles and all the edges were finished off solidly. Thank you!

Very disappointed with Americoat Asphalt and Concrete. I paid for a sealcoat that was supposed to last a year, but it began wearing away within months. They did come back once and reapplied it, which I appreciated, so I gave them another chance this past August. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again—this time the sealcoat started failing in less than 6 months. When I contacted them, they blamed the weather and my driveway, neither of which is accurate. My driveway is in good condition, and this winter was not unusually harsh. I was then told the product is only expected to last one year—yet mine didn’t even last half that time. Their only offer was 15% off a future service, which is unacceptable given the repeated failure. I have since canceled a $3,400 project I had planned with them for a family member. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with both product quality and lack of accountability.
