AMK Hardscaping

I’ve been in my home for over a decade and I’ve always had an issue with the grass dying in the center of my back yard. Especially, this year with drought restrictions. Plus, I have a solo stove but rarely use it because I didn’t want to burn my lawn. After doing some research online I came across AMK. They had great reviews, been around for a while, and a local company in the town I live in. Jenalee contacted me within minutes after I left them a message. Over text, I sent her my ideas and she sent me examples of their work and informed me if I wanted to proceed what the next steps are. There was no pressure from her and she was very informative about anything I wanted to know. I made an appointment for her to come over, have a design consultation, and schedule the install. Jenalee told me her crew would be there at 8:00a, on the installation day, and they were there at 7:50a. Her crew was 3 great guys that worked their butts of in 95° weather and had my job completed by 5:00p. They communicated very well whenever they had a question, did an amazing job, and left my backyard cleaner then when they arrived. I would recommend AMK to anyone. They won’t your cheapest bid, but they make up for with their professional manner, work ethic, and the peace of mind you’ll have knowing you used them.

AMK Hardscaping installed our walkway around our house and a new garden patio. They were very prompt and responsive. Everyone involved with the project was professional, completing the project in a timely manner. We now have a beautiful solid walkway and garden patio. The materials and color scheme really adds to the esthetics of the house.

I’ve hired AMK Hardscaping for two projects in the last couple of years and both have turned out to exceed my expectations. The first was a walkway down the side of my house and most recently reconstructing my entire driveway with winter’s blend pavers. Both projects were done in 4 days or less and were done very efficiently. Every worker was very nice, respectful, and a hard worker. They all knew their craft very well and were willing to flex any details to make it all work according to what we wanted. Their pricing was fair and was lower than other bids we received. Their front person, Jenna, has been such a great person to work with. She is professional, answers communication quickly, and is always positive and helpful. I would highly recommend this company based on my experiences with their work.

We recently (Sept) had AMK Hardscapes install a paver driveway and update our front porch and step. They did an amazing job. Jennalee was our main point of contact. She took a lot of time talking to us and offering suggestions. We were able to go look at other projects that they had completed to get a better idea of what our options were. We got to speak to some previous clients who had nothing but positive things to say about Jennalee and AMK. The team arrived, on time and were just a joy. They saved my iris bulbs, they were never too busy to answer questions and addressed any concerns we had without question. They worked together really well. Mike, the owner was on site during the demolition process and beginning phase of the project and ensured us that if there were any questions, he was available. We have met more neighbors with the installation of this driveway/porch as people keep stopping by to compliment the work.

JennaLee is a treasure in the design industry. She did two major projects for us and both are exactly what we wanted. The work crews are dependable, friendly, and flexible for small changes during the project. We did two patios, a driveway apron, and a heated path to melt the snow. All elements are wonderful. Will definitely hire again! Mike the owner also would stop by to make sure everything was going well. We really appreciated that!
