We got Mike's contact information after another company that specializes in basement leaks couldn't fix our problem. When they couldn't do it, they send in Mike's team! The work required was explained clearly and once it started, it was completed in a timely fashion. Our very old house's foundation needed serious work. The result was thorough solution with new concrete poured deep and additional protection above ground. We are very satisfied!

Mike and his crew rebuilt the top of my chimney after a lighting strike. They tuck pointed a bunch of other brickwork around the house as well. They were very quick, professional and cleaned up after the job. I have already recommended them to my family. I would absolutely hire them again!

What started off as a great experience ended with disappointment. Mike completed work on my home to address sagging floor joists. He communicated clearly when the job became more difficult than anticipated and that the timeline would increase. Where things fell apart were completing the last punch list items on the job which involved buttoning up some exterior work that was missed by the team and installing a custom gutter, neither of which were ever completed. I followed up multiple times with no response after close to two months. Very disappointed as he prided himself on being different than your average contractor.

Mike and his son did a very neat and efficient job removing and replacing wood paneling before and after a water proofing repair. Mike also did a beautiful concrete pouring job of a block in our driveway including leveling. Looks great! Mike is very knowledgeable in many areas of house construction and home repairs. Monica and I would certainly use his services again.

Ever since we bought our home and for 7+ years now, whenever there is a bad storm, we get streaks of water in the basement coming in over the top of the foundation. We have had many trades professionals and companies that tried to fix what "might" be the problem and some that declined the work altogether. One of the waterproofing companies referred me to Mike. Upon his inspection he noted several issues that none of the other professionals saw. He made it his mission to solve my problem. Although they encountered some obstacles as is customary in home repairs, they stayed until every last item was completed. Now we have only had 1 bad storm so far but there were no signs of water leaking. Mike even called to check in after the storm to see if there were any remaining issues. Different from other trades people, Mike owned the problem until it was solved. He is responsive and forthcoming. I will definitely be calling Mike for any future home projects that I have.
