we had a very disappointing and negative experience with Andy Pavers. I contacted them for a driveway expansion project and worked closely with Shawn over the course of about a month. I made myself available during weekdays to meet in person so they could assess the project and provide a quote. After multiple discussions over phone calls and texts, they provided a quote and I agreed on it. I also requested and received a sample paver. By Thursday evening, everything seemed to be moving forward, and on Friday we discussed the payment plan and expected installation timeline (which was indicated to be within 1–2 weeks). Shawn mentioned he would send the final details via email on Saturday so I could proceed with payment. When I didn’t receive the email, I followed up on Sunday—only to be told that the company had suddenly decided not to do driveway expansion projects anymore which seemed to be strange just to happen on Saturday. After nearly a month of communication, multiple calls, and what appeared to be a confirmed agreement on pricing and next steps, this last-minute change was extremely frustrating. At the very least, they should honor commitments already in progress instead of backing out abruptly. Overall, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I had such a great experience working with Andy Brick Pavers! From the beginning, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. They were so detail-oriented, making sure every option matched my space and style. I honestly had no idea where to start, but they walked me through everything and helped me pick out the perfect pavers for my area. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the delivery was right on time. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

The entire staff at Andy’s were so helpful, professional and efficient! Dorothy is a gem! She is so sweet, answered all our questions and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. Shawn came and sprayed the area before the job was started and he helped us bring our vision to life and he made sure it not only was what we wanted but was also going to look good to potential buyers in the future. The work was done quickly and came out looking better than we could have imagined!! Highly recommend using them, you won’t be disappointed!!

6 stars if possible! This company was easy and trustworthy from first contact. They treated my project like they were doing it at their own house, that’s their biggest differentiator. Consulting on the project and providing honest feedback, thankfully I listened to their advice and am beyond pleased. They even called me back days later to inspect the project, ensuring my satisfaction – thank you Andy Brick Pavers!

IF I COULD, I WOULD leave a 0 star rating, but google won't let me. 2+ years ago I would of highly recommended them and did to friends/neighbors, however present day I DO NOT recommend, and here is why. We reached out to them to redo our back patio/pool. They replaced the pool tile, couping and pavers on our patio. Upon completion they brought their recommend sealer to provide a quote to seal the pavers. We decide to use the sealer, and the sealing was great. However, shortly after our pavers starting staining dark brown. Yes, I contacted sealer and his rep, and from looking at the pavers, you can see they were staining from the bottom up, he brought Andy's Pavers into the conversation, as it was not from the sealer. With that, Andy's came out - replaced 1 square paver that was sealed and stained, with 2 small pavers (not sealed before). Shortly after, they bleached our pavers and offered to replace some of the brown ones. Great.... well - they pourly did the bleaching (literally poured it on from bottle when it should have been pump sprayed). So then we were left with pavers that had bleach stains as well as still brown stained pavers - to include the two new pavers they changed out. They claim it is the sealers fault, however if you have replaced numerous pavers with NEW ones left over from the install - and they are staining - your theory/blame doesn't hold up. When we had them back out to see the aftermath and how they made it worse, the only solution provided was to file a claim with their insurance. Welp - you guessed it, the insurance is only General Liability and won't cover their workmanship, which this issue falls under. They also demolished our screen enclosure from the concrete cutting during install, and insurance would cover that but it is less than deductible, so nothing. We reached back out to Andy's to have them help resolve this and they told us if we paid for all the materials, they would supply the labor. WHY in the world, would we spend MORE mon
