Angelus Block Co., Inc.

Not very efficient operation. Waited almost an hour for for them to load after paying for a couple dozens of blocks. I could go to home depot and pay a few more cents and get better service. Two stars is appropriate.

Awesome place, great prices and service. Those who complain about effervescence and the like try learning about a product before trashing the seller. Or get a professional to do your work. And the folks at the front desk are awesome.

Get a new front desk person. Michael is in the wrong seat on the bus… or on the wrong bus… (read Good to Great? Excellent book for business owners…) Anyway, i rarely if ever have given a 1 star review… and I’ll gladly take it down or change it if there’s someone willing to be professional about the situation… because I was so patient and and polite. He might have been busy. Who knows. But it’s not right to handle calls from Clients by answering and while saying nothing (or saying “hold please”) immediately putting someone on hold… and making them hold for several minutes at a time… Can’t talk? Don’t answer… or hire someone who can. But don’t do that. Super messed up and a waste of my time. I appreciated the help on my first call, but with no enthusiasm whatsoever for working with me on the second call… I can’t really say much good right now. Especially when all I’m trying to do is place an order and come pick it up myself. If you want professional help, don’t call these guys…

What an amazing place to see stone displays, and extra cool to learn that they make all their stone right on site!! It made our choice so much easier to see installed product in person, and the service was great. They even let us take home several samples, which also informed our decision to go with Angelus.

Bought direct for same price. Good service. Great product.
