Absolutely the most dangerous road crew I’ve ever seen. Just passed a night crew paving and they had missed the pacer and dumped asphalt all over the road. In the middle of the work zone they pull a dump truck sideways across the road and a backhoe trying to sweep it the mess. No flagger. Just two guys in barely reflective clothing standing by watching. I stop on the middle of the road just before running right through the whole crowd and finely one man slowly walks out and stands dir curly behind the backhoe. Not only did he almost get ran over, the dump truck driver decides for no reason to start backing up and nearly hits the man and the backhoe. Through all this there are no flaggers or even a flashlight. It’s like a clown show.
