Apco Paving Co

Fast, Professional, clean work. I am a general contractor and have used lots of paving contractors. They are the best.

I met first with the owner, Jesse, and later with Jesse Jr., to discuss a driveway project that included grading. Both presented themselves very well. Because of the terrain, it was difficult for me to fully visualize how the finished job would turn out, so there was a bit of a “see as we go” aspect to for me. However, Jesse Jr. had an exact plan. What truly impressed me was the speed and efficiency of their work. At one point, two other individuals who work regularly with heavy machinery moving dirt and rock stopped by, and they were in awe. The original estimate was best case one day which we all know that means more than one day. Not the case with APCO. The job was completed so quickly they did not need to stop for lunch. They literally removed a retaining wall + concrete, graded and laid asphalt for a driveway plus additional side parking in the same time my carpenter finished removing and redoing the trim on a single window at the home. Beyond their impressive speed, the quality of workmanship and overall competency were exceptional. Every single person on the job was moving fast and they were in sync. Typically, a team of seasoned professionals working at this level and pace would come in well above their competitors on price. Instead, they came in slightly under the competition. Still amazed and thank you.

John and the team at APC Paving Contractors did an outstanding job on my commercial parking lot. I needed a challenging area patched and resurfaced, which required cutting through invasive tree roots before new asphalt could be laid—no small task. The crew handled it efficiently, professionally, and without a single complaint. If you’re looking for anything from a complete parking lot replacement to a targeted asphalt repair, I highly recommend APC Paving Contractors. The team is excellent, the workmanship is top-notch, and John is straightforward to work with. Thank you, APC Paving Contractors, for a job well done.

I have worked with Mike and crew at a couple of properties I manage and have nothing but positive things to report back. They were professional, quick, and took time to walk with the Board after the work to ensure everything was done to their satisfaction. I highly recommend APCO.

Mike and his crew with APCO paving were incredibly professional and did a 5-star job. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of their work. Mike made sure that I was happy with the job and went above and beyond to help me. I had contacted two other crews before I decided to go with Mike. He was honest and reasonable and that sealed the deal. Not to mention the company was highly recommended through a structural engineer, James Pearl who I have great respect for and has done great work for me as well. All around excellent service and excellent quality. They go above and beyond. Thank you APCO PAVING.
