Nice big area to dump old concrete and pick up flex base.

Great place to drop off clean (no trash or wires) concrete. They don't charge and it gets recycled. Staff has always been helpful when I have had questions.

Good spot fast loads when they got the material... Need to have 24 hr. Flexbase running at all time to have enough to support the demand during business hours...

If you need quality materials for driveways, private roads, park pads ect. This is a great place to go if you want quality at a great price too! Just make sure you have a trailer hooked up. They dont load the back of your truck. They only load trailers. Highly recommend to use a tandem axle trailer with at least 5200lb axles under it. My last load wasn't even a full scoop and it came out to 4.02 tons! My poor dodge ram 1500 was a bit cranky on the 40 mile trip home. But as always old betsy pulled that load like a champ!

I visit this location often. We have machines there to lift the crushed concrete on to the trucks. I also buy concrete from this area to put down for driveway base and things like that that we need. Strata materials is a good place and they treat you right. I recommend them.
