ACM is owned by Dave Vogt, an engineer by training who had his own paving company - now he consults on variety of jobs from small parking lots to race tracks. He knows the various mixes, how to do good quality paving, can write specs and do drawings that give a contractor an excellent bid document, then we can compare apples to apples. We needed to verify if a paving job was of good quality, and with lots of photos and video clips he was able to identify the specific problems and recommend a solution - without the need to travel.
