I've been trying repeatedly to contact John to fix my asphalt the put in my driveway as he has not returned my messages. I'm under contract with them. The son even agreed it needed fixed. As it is cracked pot holes porous needs sealed. If this does not get fixed soon I have spoken to an attorney to get my money back so someone else can fix.

Asphalt Contractors was contracted to resurface my driveway. The work was performed in April 2021. The driveway started to deteriorate within a week. The driveway has continued to deteriorate. The owner has been contacted multiple times to resolve the issue but it has not been repaired. $11,000 was spent and I am afraid I will not get it repaired or refunded. Avoid this business

I have been trying to get John to fix my asphalt for 11 months now. When I have been able to talk to John (which is a project all by itself) he always tells me he will fix it but never shows up to do it. pictures tell.

(1) UNETHICAL and HORRIBLE work! Rated 1 because there is nothing less. John was hired to Chip Seal my existing paved driveway because this was a less expensive option over re-paving. The work (verbal) agreement was to apply an initial layer of oil on the driveway, add one layer of chip rock followed by rolling and grading as needed for a smooth surface and then followed by a second application of the same. This work that was to run through Saturday was completed finished with workers off my property by 6:00 pm. We noticed areas with heavy amounts of chip rock and other areas with less. John said it would even out after driving on it for several weeks. He's the "Expert" so we didn't question him. We paid John and asked when he would return to apply the final "fog seal" over the driveway at which he stated that would be another $2,400.00 dollars. This was actually part of the agreement for the $10,000.00 but John stated there was a communication issue. NOT! He told me and my wife at two separate times and two separate locations that the fog seal was part of the agreement. I had another estimate at $10,700.00 for the same work so why would I agree to pay John another $2,400.00? In future conversations about the seal coating my wife agreed to pay 1/2 ($1,200.00) and John agreed but I refused. John therefore did indeed agree to fog seal at no additional cost. This is where everything went down hill fast. Before the fog sealing was done and I was exiting my truck to retrieve my mail, I slipped on the loose gravel when getting out of my truck. I noticed that there was absolutely NO OIL under the chip rock. After sweeping about an 8' area and finding no oil under the chips I contacted John and requested he come out and look at it. When John came out and looked at it he agreed there was a problem and said they would correct it by removing all the loose chips and oiling where there was none. John and his crew returned on Thursday the 20th of September (we were loading the

I am a woman of integrity and ethics. Posted 2 weeks ago a post on this website, I got a call from John, who was very angry for my post. He would not return my calls until I posted my review. I told him I would take down the post, if he was a man of integrity and ethics and come back and repair my driveway. He said he would so I took down my post. He has NOT called nor repaired my driveway. I asked for a receipt to be emailed, mailed or hand delivered and nothing. He flat out told me "I unmotivated him to fix my driveway" that he messed up! $10,000 later, and my driveway is worse now than before. I now have to contact my lawyer. Stay away from this company!
