Asphalt Lots Cruise Parking & Vehicle Storage

Parking was easy shuttle was great. Needs better restrooms. I would have given 5 stars but they sent twelve emails asking me to review my experience. I find that very unprofessional, if I don't review after the first review don't send anymore emails. If you can reserve parking without giving them your email address that would be great.

The shuttle experience too the port was good. The experience from port back to garage was horrible. A logistical nightmare! We ended up calling an Uber to take us back to the lot. When I mentioned that to and employee, they were like, "well, at least you are getting back to the lot" I do not recommend.

1st cruise experience. We are new to the necessity. My daughter is parking here and suggested Asphalt Lots. Me being the last minue mom thought I would have to scramble to secure parking. Nope I was wrong. Online process took minutes to book. We effortless. Very pleased with the experience and they offer a shuttle service which is 11 minutes from pier.

We stood in line for short time .. the vans loaded us up pretty quickly as they arrived back from the port . Very generous, load the luggage on to bus or trailer. The garage is secure and out of the sun the entire trip. So you don’t have to worry about getting into a hot car when you arrive back from Crusie . The trip to port is just a short ride . These guys works hard as they are Veteran owned. No problems getting back to garage after Crusie. Pick you up in same spot they dropped you off. If you get off ship first thing in morning it wasn’t long wait for them to get you. I know that changes day to day . I highly recommend these guys!!

Perfect cruise parking. My wife and I used Asphalt Lots for a cruise for the first time in October 2025. After reading about some people having challenges due to using vans instead of big buses for cruise parking transport, we can say those should not be your worries. Parking was easy/fast, with a small line waiting for people to load their luggage (10-15 minutes in the covered parking garage); we were off to the port. The drive was quick, and drop-off was easy. When we got off the ship a week later, we were also curious about the process. We collected our bags in the terminal and went back to the spot where we got off the van when we were dropped off. Multiple vans were lined up, and the process was quick and easy. The drive back to the garage was quick, and we were in our car and on our way. Location is great. Easy to get to off the freeway. Gas station nearby if you need to fill up. We have found our new place to park if we drive to Norfolk for a cruise. A+ Customer service!
