Asphalt Maintenance by Dalco, Inc.

Light and Life Park recently completed a major roadway paving project with Asphalt Maintenance by Dalco, covering more than 70,000 square feet of roadway, and we could not be more pleased with the results. From the initial site visits through project completion, Dallas and the entire Dalco team were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Dallas took the time to walk the property with us on multiple occasions, answer questions from our Board members, and provide practical recommendations that helped us make informed decisions. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The roads look fantastic, drainage and transition areas were addressed thoughtfully, and the crew worked efficiently while maintaining access throughout our community. The project was completed with a strong focus on safety, communication, and attention to detail. What impressed me most was Dalco's commitment to customer service. They stood behind their proposal, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. On behalf of Light and Life Park, I highly recommend Asphalt Maintenance by Dalco to any community, business, or organization looking for a professional and reliable paving contractor. My experiance with Dalco was amazing! Great price on his product! The product was perfect! Exactly what Dallas told me it was going to be. Also Dallas helped me figure out to the exact amount I was going to need. The staff was very courteous to me. Great company all the way around. Thank you Dallas.

We had Dalco out to coat our asphalt the prescribed 1.5 years after they installed our asphalt drive. Both jobs were done expertly and they worked with us on timing (4 homes share one drive). Seems like there's a lot of competition in the coating market, so I figure you can go cheaper, but I felt like our price was reasonable and I knew it would be done right based on the great job they did to install the asphalt.

From beginning to the end of the job, they treated my mom and sister with such high regards. A very family oriented company. It was a complete joy using this company and I would highly recommend their company and services. Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness. The last picture was before, they went above a beyond for their home.

Excellent company to work with! Very professional and reasonably priced. The parking lot turnaround at our business used to be like driving over the surface of Mars, and if it rained a massive amount of water would pool at the entrance. Not only is our drive extremely smooth, the water no longer pools at the entrance! They also re-sealed and re-striped our main parking lot. We will definitely do business with them again!
