Outstanding service, I bought a marcelo burlon t-shirt in online store and it came to my home in very short time e with a 100% authentication of the product. I will definitely buy more and more

Ordered from this company online, 2 items, one arrived no problem, the other item has not been shipped with NO correspondence from the company, NO response to my emails, or my FB message, or please for assistance through social media. Phone number gives an auto response that they are too busy to take calls. At this point I have no idea if or when I will ever receive the pair of UGG slippers that I paid $100 for. Very, very disappointed in this company and skeptical that they are potentially scamming myself and others.

They are charging $15 over retail price for kid's ugg's and not to mention an additional $10+ shipping!

Ordered online and had a great experience. Shipped out same day I purchased and got it a couple days later! Definitely will purchase more in the future.

Super helpful and understanding staff here. Had to return an item due to the size and Nir was extremely prompt with the process even during this COVID madness. Really appreciate the great customer service!
