Athens- Atlanta Asphalt Company Inc

Danny and his team are very professional, they installed curbing and asphalt paving for our parking lot at Atlanta Hard Cider Co. & Distillery located at 1010 Roswell Street NE Marietta, GA 30060. I highly recommend them!

I have used Athens-Atlanta for several projects. My projects were somewhat large residential projects but I understand they do a lot of commercial projects like asphalt parking lots and drives. In my first project with them, I had a concrete driveway and sidewalk removed and replaced. It included colored concrete, and insets for pavers, and gutters. This is pictured below. They were on time every time and had to work into the night to make sure the concrete was finished properly. They returned the next morning to perform the cut joints to minimize the appearance of joints and prevent cracking. The results were amazing! This project was done a few years ago and the drive still looks new and without any settling, even with large trucks frequently driving on it. On a second recent project with them I had a driveway that's about a 1/4 mile long that required extensive repairs. Again, they did exactly what we discussed when we agreed to do it. I shopped around before hiring them and they produced great results at a fair price. I have hired them multiple times and I would recommend hiring them without a doubt.

I had them tear out an existing driveway and repaved and it looks amazing! The owner came out several times to ensure the job stayed on schedule and I’m really pleased with the quality of work. Everyone I interacted with at the company was extremely professional and always on time. Will be recommending them to all my family and friends

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had a signed proposal over to them on the 4 of October and they told me someone would call to schedule the work. I called a week in half after that and they told me that they were doing some big jobs and they would 2-3 weeks out. That's funny because no one thought to advise me (the customer) on that important detail. They assured me someone would call me and they did. Danny (owner) called me that Friday and left me a message referencing the job but the details were not correct. I then in turn, called him back that Monday to clarify the job to make sure we were on the same page and no one every called me back. Yesterday I called again and spoke with a Judy and she assured me that someone would call me back that day. Guess what?!? Nobody did...Today is 10/23 and I have called them again and finally cancelled my job with them because I feel that my commercial job wasn't worth their time and effort. Even though it was a very small job it must of been last on their list. I am unbelievably disappointed and now almost a whole month behind of schedule to get a few lines done in our parking lot.

Abysmal customer service and completely unprofessional. I had a contract signed for three months and the job was never done. I even had assurances during this period that the job would be done "this week or the next," but those dates came and went. I made dozens of calls and never got past the operator. Conveniently, the owner was never there when I called for him. None of my calls to the office requesting that the owner or the estimator contact me were ever returned. I cannot emphasize enough that if you actually plan on having your paving job completed, Athens Atlanta is not for you.
