Augusta Construction LLC

My experience with Augusta Construction has been wonderful, and rewarding. I came across their local business while searching online for custom home builders, after looking online at existing builds and layouts that just didn’t check all the boxes for me. While I didn’t necessarily plan to build a new, or even custom home, Hurricane Helene had other plans, and I was able to rebuild on my lot after my home was deemed a total loss. They took care of the demolition, helped me finalize the plans I dreamt up, and took all the steps to bring our ideas into fruition. It was certainly a learning experience for me. Almost every step along the way was a “first”, but my builder Matt made sure to inform me along the way of things to look out for. If I had any questions, all I had to do was ask, and the answers would come. There are so many decisions that come into play when building a new home, but having Matt’s help along the way was extremely helpful in making sure the end product would be something we could all be proud of, and somewhere we could comfortably call home. I can trust that Augusta Construction had my best interest and they truly stand behind their work. I have no doubts that as the years go by, their workmanship will continue to be solid and promising. I’m glad that through it all, we were able to find a good local business to work with during a tumultuous time, and create a home that will definitely bring joy and comfort to come. Edited to add transparency: Throughout the building process and after completion, I have definitely had my qualms with builder communication. I am understanding about life's dealings and the busy-ness of never-ending projects, but I have certainly had my patience tested to its fullest extent. Thankfully, most time-sensitive issues were addressed appropriately, but many times I have fel
