You guys build roads so horribly here & the construction workers in East Aurora leave rocks and stuff all over the road and don't clean up.

Today Feb 15th about 6in. of snow none of the streets have been treated or plowed on Mississippi to Potomac where the hospital is located. You would think they being the street maintains dept would have some foresight about forecasted snow accumulation. I didn't see a city truck anywhere. Poor management.....

Takes 3+ hours just to get someone to fix a traffic light. The traffic lights on 6th Avenue are so poorly programmed they get backed up between Sable and Del Mar circle and no one can move on greenlights due to a red light farther down the road and just as you get moving the greenlight you were backed up at turns red. Then there are the road designs. There are intersections with little to no line of sight to see on coming traffic or no turn arrows were there should or even no lights where there should be. Aurora Streets Department are really what makes Aurora driving dangerous.

Positive: They know how to respond to the roads during snow. Negative: Whoever designed these streets needs to be checked for being a zombie. Does anyone understand the phrase "traffic flow"? It means it should flow! Most times, you get thru a greenlight, just barely, because the traffic is stopped at the next light. I gather the ones who decide how traffic moves, doesn't actually drive in rush hour traffic in this city, because anyone in their right mind, would not find it acceptable. Numbers are growing in this city and they are still stuck in the dark ages regarding design and PROACTIVE implementation of changes. Are they just lazy or inept? Yes...railway is getting built, but until the basics of traffic flow are improved, it will still take 3 or more times as long to get to a destination.
