B-Dry Waterproofing

TJ was great! Very informative, thorough in performing the maintenance of my pump system!

B-Dry came and checked out my sump pump system and replaced the battery. TJ and Rey were on time, friendly, and gave great advice regarding some moisture issues I was having. They were great and I would highly recommend.

Great customer service, technician takes the time to fully explain the health of the pump system and battery backup. I appreciate honesty in business and BDry New England has it! Thanks to TJ and Rey!

I had a great experience with the technician Rey, who came to service our BDry pump today. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable, and they took the time to thoroughly inspect and maintain the system. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how carefully the work was done. The technician also made sure the area was neat before leaving. Excellent service — highly recommend!

We have had the B-Dry System in our basement for many years. We no longer have issues with moisture or water in the basement, which is excellent because we recently renovated the space, and it's warm and cozy for our family. We also decided to add a wifi alarm system that provides alerts and system status directly to an app on my phone. B-Dry regularly does all the maintenance, so I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend B-Dry.
