Bailey Excavating

Well if you want it DONE RIGHT GO HERE

I recently called Bailay Excavating to see if they could assist me with an issue in my yard, and if so, to schedule a visist and get a free quote. I called and spoke with their receptionist and left her a clear description of my what excavating I needed done and why. She told me she'd relay my message to someone that day who "would get back with me either way." I clarified with her that someone would call me back to let me know yes or no on getting a quote. That was Monday 7-22-24. I heard nothing all week. I called again Thursday 7-25-24 and spoke with the same woman, who was very nice, and again was told "someone will return my call and let me know." Nothing. No call Thursday or Friday. Wow. If this is how Bailey treats their customers then no thanks. This is just plain disrespectful and unprofessional. I would give them zero stars if I could. Awful. Cannot recommend. I called Lester Brothers, also in Jackson, and was helped immediately.

Had a great chat over the phone about an earth excavation project. Excellent advice led to job getting finished in a day. So pleased with result of the whole yard. Definitely recommending Baileys Excavating.

Great folks to talk to! Extensive knowledge regarding asphalt paving. Very responsive and professional too. Thanking you guys for a great job and recommending for sure.

One ofYour trucks this morning had a large concrete ring fly off of a trailer in about hit my wife’s car. It shattered in the road and pieces flung up and hit multiple vehicles driving down MichiganAvenue. Unsecure load, state police being notified
