Finished the job 80% demanded final payment with promises and excuses, then stopped picking up the phone and responding to texts. Took him 18 months to do the job 80%. The city threatened me with fines because of his unfinished work. Ian Rasdal, is a crook, with poor integrity. Run from this company

BEWARE! Ian, the owner does not get back to you when you call /text. Promised a paving date and then refused to complete the job. Tried to contact several times with no response. Business practices and language is very poor.

Started using Basin Sealright on a couple of projects and worth every penny to have these guys come out and take care of our paving and striping for us. If you need any kind of asphalt work I would recommend these guys every time!

I strongly recommend this business to anyone who wants and expects nothing but the best. I wanted both and that is exactly what I got. Arrived my home at 0630. Prep the entire driveway. Filled cracks in the asphalt and applied a seal coat. Finished the driveway at 12:30 and put up safety cones. Driveway looked brand new. Employer and employee were very professional and so easy to talk to and work with. Due to my knee needing replaced, they moved some heavy items out of the way before they started working. I have an extremely large driveway and was very pleased they finished when they did. Owner assisted me with a problem I was having pertaining to a solar powered electrical box. Additionally, killed a very large hornets nest for me. This is the type of business that makes it extremely enjoyable to hire. I called and asked for an estimate and the next day I received it. The price was more than fair and I signed the contract and authorized the work. IF the driveway needs any work in the future, I will again contact them!!! THANK YOU BASIN SEAL FOR AN EXCELLENT JOB:

Great service, I contacted the company on 06/11/14, they came out and gave me an estimate, I signed the contract, and they were at my place the next day. Filled the crakes, came back the next day and finished the job by sealing my driveway. The people that came out were fast, friendly and finished the job by making sure the driveway marked so no one drove into it. I would recommend this company for fast friendly service.
