Bates Asphalt Construction & Hauling

I would give -10 "stars" if I could. I submitted a request for an estimate through their Website 04/30. I received a response that someone would reach out by EOD that day or the next. Nothing until 05/05. Matt reached out; left a voicemail. Due to work travel, I returned his call 05/07. We discussed my need for an asphalt driveway. We set a time (that he selected) of 10:00 a.m. on 05/08. He asked that I text him my physical address, which I did right after our telephone call. I waited on my front porch until 10:45 a.m. for Matt. No call/no show! Not even a text! Zilch. Nada. Zero. I am self-employed as an Independent HR Consultant and pushed my clients back to Monday, 05/11 because of my assumed appointment with him, so I lost money and he lost a potential client. Great job, Matt! Way to run your business! Word of mouth and online reviews are powerful, my friend. In hindsight, you probably did me a favor in avoiding late, sloppy work with a lack of communication.

Bates Asphalt just completed a project at our church. They were professional and timely in every way and did incredible work. We are grateful to have worked with them and will absolutely call them first if we need similar work in the future!

Bates Asphalt did an amazing job at our church, and we plan to use them for several more projects in the future! 5 out of 5 stars for us!

Our church Family Worship Center in Versailles, Missouri recently used Bates for our new parking lot and they did an amazing job, they went above and beyond what we needed and were very patient with us and helped us maximize our space the best way possible, we highly recommend them to everyone!

My family and I visited a church this morning that Bates Asphalt recently redid the parking lot. It is a phenomenal job. A tremendous amount of work that was done well and quickly. Outstanding!
